Supporting the holistic needs of individual children and offering them a range of resources to cater for diversity among abilities, needs, culture and language is paramount in fostering inclusion and a sense of wellbeing.
By developing inclusion and wellbeing in all aspects of a child’s learning and development, is allows children to have a strong sense of being, acceptance, confidence and purpose. It is important that children feel valued and accepted and by intentionally teaching children about their emotions and feelings and allowing them to freely express these is important in cognitive development and emotional intelligence.
