| Proforma for new customers and then 30 days net on approval of credit application with payment ideally by EFT/cheque. | |||||||||
| Goods remain the property of Axis until paid in full. | |||||||||
| All orders are subject to acceptance/credit approval of Axis HQ/BCFG. Any collection service costs incurred by Axis will be passed on to the customer. | |||||||||
| 1.7% charged on all 14+ day credit card transactions so please pay by EFT. 2.74% monthly fee is charged on all accounts over their trading terms. |

| Proforma opportunity: 2.5% discount is available for second orders onwards if traded over $1000 net | |||||||||
| MINIMUMS, DISCOUNTS AND BACKORDERS | |||||||||
| Any applied discounts are only valid if account is paid in full as per the agreed trading terms. | |||||||||
| Minimum order value is $300 net in Australia and $750 in New Zealand. Otherwise a $12.50 pick & pack fee is incurred. | |||||||||
| Orders for immediate delivery can not be changed or cancelled. | |||||||||
| Orders for later delivery must be cancelled in writing and received by AXIS 15 days prior to scheduled shipping date. | |||||||||
| Any changes to order once packed incur a further $6.50 pick & pack fee due to warehouse logistics. Returned to stock items incur a $12.50 pick & pack processing fee and relating labour/hour charges. |

| Back orders of over $300 net shipped on the same terms as original order except without initial freight booking rate fee which is covered by Axis. When ordering press ADD TO BACKORDER at Step 4 of checkout. | |||||||||
| Back orders under $300 can be cancelled. Backorders under $200 will not be shipped unless 100% in stock. If customer requires separate shipping no subsidised shipping is offered. | |||||||||
